  • Pan Seared Scallops with Roasted Radishes and French Green Beans with Lemon-Chive Butter 

  • Crab-Fontina Cheese Tartlets with Salad Greens topped with Navel Oranges, Avocado, Pistachios and White Wine-Tarragon Vinaigrette   

  • Pan Roasted Fish Fillet with Tomato Beurre Blanc and Fried Capers on Herbed Couscous

  • Lemon Icebox Pie with Almond-Graham Cracker Crust and Ginger Whipped Cream
