Dumpling Series I: "Chinese Potstickers" w/ Chef Tony Pisconeri

Who doesn't love freshly made dumplings? After this installment of Chef Tony's dumpling series, you will be cooking traditional Chinese potstickers at home in no time! He will teach us how to make the dough, walk us through the recipes for traditional pork and vegetarian fillings, and instruct us on how to hand-fold and seal the potstickers! Chef Tony will also prepare a traditional dipping sauce for the perfect flavor profile. Don't forget to add on a glass of wine to enjoy during class!
