Toi suis arrivé en France! Explore one of the most influential cuisines as Chef Melissa demonstrates the preparation of numerous French dishes. We will be sampling Salade Lyonnaise with Gougères, made of choux pastry. Chef Melissa will also teach us how to make home-whipped sweet cream butter using Fleur De Sel. She will be preparing a traditional Quiche Lorraine, as well as teaching us how to make Lemon Crêpes with a blueberry curd filling. Don't forget to add a glass of wine for the perfect pairing!
