Join Ireland’s own "Shamrock and Peach" Chef Judith McLoughlin for an evening of elegance.
Chef Judith will teach us to prepare Celtic classics such as her shaved “Brussels Sprouts Salad” with bacon and a “Garlic Citrus Vinaigrette”.
For the main course we will learn her techniques to make “Orange and Cranberry Chicken” with “Irish Potato Au Gratin” because one cannot visit Ireland without eating the best potatoes that you've her had!
Chef Judith will then prepare a traditional Scottish dish for dessert- her “Raspberry and White Chocolate Cranachan with Butter Shortbread”!
