Join Chef Hans on his birthday at 9 am at the Jasper Farmer's Market (optional) as he teaches us about fresh, local produce. We will bring our market ingredients and meet back at the General Store for our class at 10:30am. Chef Hans will create dishes featuring the best of what the market has to offer that week! In the event of rain, we will skip the market and class will begin at 10:30am at the General Store.
