We will get to sample “Lady Gray Tea Marinated Strawberries” and watch Chef Lauri create a trio delicate tea sandwiches consisting of cucumber and chive, basil and prosciutto, as well as a lapsang tea-smoked chicken on an herbed scone! Chef Lauri Grizzle will conclude with showing us how to prepare sweet & sophisticated pastries such as dark chocolate tartlets with fruit curd filling, as well as a chai tea-steeped plum puff pastry!
